The developer of this project is Alterra Group, a Ukrainian company specializing in turnkey commercial real estate development and management. Owners and residents of premises receive service and operational services from the management company LLC PORT LVIV.
The cost of service and operational services for 2023 is 37.87 UAH with VAT. The cost may change once a year based on a market price analysis
