      Who is the developer?

      The developer of this project is Alterra Group, a Ukrainian company specializing in turnkey commercial real estate development and management. The company has a portfolio of 35 properties with a total area of 175,000 sqm. These properties include warehouse and industrial complexes, business centers, and retail and entertainment centers.

      The flagship project of the company is the Lviv Logistics Center "PORT," covering an area of 48,600 sqm. The company completed and put this project into operation during a full-scale invasion, fully fulfilling its commitments to clients

      Who manages the complex? How is the management carried out?

      The owners of premises in the Lviv Logistics Center PORT receive service and operational services from the management company LLC PORT LVIV, which is part of the Alterra Group of companies.

      The company has more than 7 years of clear specialization in the management, development, and consulting of commercial real estate throughout Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, Kharkiv). Currently, the management portfolio includes over 170,500 sqm of warehouse, office, and retail space, with warehouses accounting for 70% of this total. We manage more than 35 properties, serving over 300 residents

      What is the cost of service and operational services?

      Owners and residents of premises receive service and operational services from the management company LLC PORT LVIV.

      The cost of service and operational services for 2023 is 37.87 UAH with VAT. The cost may change once a year based on a market price analysis

      Is there an installment option?
