ABOUT PORT

A place where it is comfortable to create and develop a business. The port is a place where you will be comfortably and comfortably moored from storms and bad weather. PORT is the largest logistics center in western Ukraine on 77,000 m², which set new standards on the market. It became a mixed-used project with a people-centered approach – not just gray boxes, but a modern and stylish logistics center with its own lake. This project changed the location and created a center of gravity for work and leisure, and also set new standards in the warehouse real estate market.

How it all began

The main challenge for Alterra Group in 2021 was the construction of the innovative logistics complex PORT in Lviv, with an area of 48,000 square meters. Despite the fact that the complex had not yet been completed when the full-scale conflict began, the developer had obligations to the customers. Two lines of warehouses were already 90% ready, and resident companies began delivering the goods needed to resume their activities.

PORT 1 WAS COMMISSIONED EARLIER

Most importantly, the developer managed to complete an extremely difficult task: to complete the construction of the complex according to the planned timelines and the concept developed before the conflict. PORT has become not only a functional warehouse space, but also a modern and comfortable environment for business growth, with attention to aesthetics and landscaping, which distinguishes it from ordinary warehouse buildings.

PORT 2.0.

Alterra Group announces the continuation of the successful project of the PORT logistics center in Lviv, increasing its area by 28,400 m². Dmytro Kovalchuk, founder of Alterra Group, notes that the construction of the original PORT allowed them to better understand the needs of the market. They continue to raise the bar of quality, offering customers a Build-to-Suit service - construction of turnkey facilities. Part of the new PORT 2.0 complex will be assembled in this format, ready to meet the individual needs of customers in the shortest possible time.
